Please note: Changeover day is SUNDAY
We are prepared to offer low season longer rentals at favourable discounts
- Prices include all linen and towels including swimming towels
- For any rental period of two weeks or longer, there will be a weekly clean and weekly linen change
- The price includes end of stay clean. (The villa
however is to be left as found and the management reserves the right to
charge for extra cleaning if the villa is left in an unacceptable state)
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking
(reservation confirmed on receipt of funds). Balance to be paid 8
weeks before arrival.
- Security Deposit of £700. This will be refunded after
departure when the villa has been checked over and any
utilities(low-season) or breakages have been deducted.
- Weekly rentals run from Sunday to Sunday
- NO PETS, NO SMOKING

Please contact us to place a booking and obtain necessary paperwork
Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of booking form, signed rental agreement and 30% deposit.
Directions and arrival arrangements will be sent out after final balance has been received
